The long version:
I am a Certified NLP Practitioner (1990) and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (2004). I do not have the training of a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, neuroscientist or counsellor. What matters are results: I am a pragmatic integrator, who has integrated elements from a variety of sources to give the client a practical way to a speedy solution to their issues and to access positive resources for improved performance. The client just wants to feel better, to get better and to improve their performance. They do not care how. They are willing to try all manner of things. These tools of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) work and get results. Often, in a flash. The focus is on the results, and the methods which get those results in a practical way.
I am trained in the methods of Dr. Milton Erickson, M.D., the father of modern hypnotherapy. These methods form the basis of NLP. You are being programmed at the emotional level all of the time with your life experiences from childhood on. Not all of your “programs” serve you positively: some don’t do what you want, others need upgrades. The good news is that you can change in a heartbeat (which is reprogramming yourself: deciding on a new goal and gathering your resources together to focus on achieving that goal).
I show you how to derive impact and results from your sessions. Although you have to want to be hypnotized to do the work and get the results, it is more difficult to do it on your own and easier to do with my help. Why is it difficult and easy? It is difficult because your conscious mind – the ever-chatty editor – is always judging and chirping, which creates a barrier or filter to the subconscious mind. It gets in the way, distracts it or shuts it down. If the conscious mind is talking, then the subconscious cannot speak and tell its story. Thus one easy role of the hypnotherapist is to ask your conscious mind to be silent, and when it is asked effectively, it quiets down so your subconscious mind can do its perfect work to make you better, confident, stronger, happier and so on. That’s really all you need to know to get permanent positive results on your very first session.
Being put in a trance state is a privilege and an honour: it is all about the client. It is the client’s parade. The client is in the spotlight. To have someone guide you and focus on you and only you for the whole session feels wonderfully good.
Hypnotherapy is your recipe for achieving your potential and feeling great about the process and the result: it is the Art of Becoming Who You Want To Be. Use hypnotherapy to remove blocks and tap your potential. I did. I learned it, I practice it, I live it and I wish everyone to have the gift of Joy and Mastery in their chosen journey. Follow the recipe. Make the change and Keep the Change!
When is now a good time to make your life permanently positive? Please call now. When? Now. Just teasing. Do you get it? Now.
